Today, on Thanksgiving, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude for this community, for the journey that has brought us here, and for the future we are about to build together.
We have a new name: AIX Global Innovations.
And more importantly, we have a new partner.
Denis O has joined AIX as Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer.
For those who have followed my work in Active Inference and Spatial AI, you know I’ve spent years as a herald for the next era of computing, namely adaptive, autonomous intelligence and Spatial AI through Active Inference and the Spatial Web. I have spent countless hours building bridges between complex ideas and practical understanding, between cutting-edge research and real-world adoption, between visionaries and the communities that need them. Today, one of those bridges has led to something remarkable.
Denis brings a wealth of experience across a vast array of AI disciplines. As an independent consultant, he has worked with government entities, large global banks, and major tech companies, being brought in to solve complex internal problems that others couldn’t crack.
It’s precisely this breadth of real-world problem-solving that enabled him to approach Active Inference in a way no one else has.
The result is his Alpha Omega: Field of Belief with Hamiltonian Monte Carlo architecture. In ΑΩ FoB HMC , each Agent’s cognition exists entirely as geometry, not as text, weights, or data. And the structure of that field defines its memory, logic, and personality. This is a complete shift away from symbolic reasoning or statistical modeling. The Agents entire intelligence is encoded as a living geometric field.
This is a breakthrough solution for adaptive intelligent systems that addresses the multi-agent belief propagation problem in ways that extend beyond classical Active Inference. His work represents a genuine leap forward in the field.
Let me be clear: No one else has solved this.
This is Active Inference++ and metacognitive adaptation, this is physics-driven cognition, and this is the foundation for truly autonomous, truly coherent, safe, trustworthy, scalable intelligent systems.
We stand at a crossroads in artificial intelligence. The current paradigm of massive language models, centralized compute, and statistical prediction has brought us incredible capabilities, but also fundamental limitations: hallucination, drift, astronomical energy costs, and systems that simulate intelligence without truly understanding the world.
Denis’s architecture offers a different path. One grounded in the same conservation laws that govern the physical universe itself.
Here’s what ΑΩ FoB HMC makes possible:
And there is so much more… This isn’t incremental improvement. This is a new substrate for intelligence.
I will be writing and sharing about this new technology in more detail in the weeks and months to come.
Denis and I have been in conversation for months. Throughout that time, he became increasingly drawn to what we’ve been building at AIX, our hyper-focused educational platform and marketplace, our community, and our strategic vision for creating an ecosystem of scalable, global adoption around Active Inference and Spatial AI.
He approached me wanting to partner, and after careful consideration and finalized agreements, we stand united:
We get to bring this technology to the world without waiting on anyone else. And we have what it takes to lead.
To my Learning Lab community, you have been with me through every unit, every live session, every deep dive into concepts that most of the world hasn’t even heard of yet. You believed in this vision before it was validated. Thank you.
To the global Active Inference community, the researchers, the practitioners, the curious minds pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, this work builds on your foundations, and this ecosystem of adoption that AIX is building will enable all boats to rise together. Learning Lab Central is here to spotlight your progress and technology in this field.
To Denis, thank you for seeing what we’re building here, and for trusting me with your life’s work. I don’t take that lightly.
And to the world at large, we are entering an era where AI will be woven into every aspect of our lives: our infrastructure, our healthcare, our climate systems, our economies. The question is not whether AI will shape our future, but what kind of AI will shape it.
I believe in AI that is ethical, trustworthy, grounded, coherent, verifiable, and bounded (controllable). AI that adapts without drifting or hallucinating. AI that serves the mission it was designed for, reliably, transparently, and at scale.
That’s what we’re building now.
Now, we get to work.
Denis and I are diving into operationalizing our technology and building our first tools and solutions based on this new ΑΩ FoB HMC architecture. Over the coming weeks and months, expect more announcements as we bring this technology to life, along with new educational materials and future Learning Labs dedicated to understanding this new pathway for autonomous intelligent multi-agent systems.
This is just the beginning, and we’re bringing you with us every step of the way.
We have been entrusted with something extraordinary — a technology that can reshape how intelligent systems operate across every industry, every infrastructure, every corner of the globe. This is the honor of a lifetime, and a responsibility we hold sacred. So, get ready. This is just the beginning, and it’s going to be an incredible ride!
I’m deeply grateful for Denis joining us. We are lucky to have him.
I am equally thankful for each of you in our community, your continued support and contributions, and for the exciting road ahead of us.
Wishing you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving.
With deep gratitude,
Denise Holt Founder & CEO, AIX Global Innovations
